GAP IID Tool Summary
I just want to reset the service reminder on my wife's 2024 110 V8 but can't seem to find the correct menu to do that. Would think it should be pretty easy, or at least easier than when I got rid of the auto stop "feature" that I basically bought the tool for!
What part of the menu list is that under?? TIA.

I was playing with my park-assist and also for whatever reason was playing with my ATPC in a school zone this morning.
I discovered that my park-assist feature becomes greyed-out when ATPC or HDC is turned on.
I wonder if there is some CCF in the ATPC settings that some vehicles may have turned on which others may have turned off.
My park-assist feature works but I know others have made the same changes and have not been able to get the Stark button t un-grey.
This is just a possible clue, not a solution, and may perhaps be a red-herring. Just thought I'd share here and in the Park assist thread.

Just wonder You just activate the Parking assist feature
only or you also active others, such as Dynamic-I..( which I believe will be related to ATPC...)?
Thanks
park assist works well. Not sure why JLR don’t offer it. Possibly not worth jumping through whatever hoops are involved.

I’ve read about the park assist activation issue for a few months and a lightbulb just went off in my head.
This dilemma sounds very similar to the dilemma adding paddle shifters. Physically add the paddles and harness, change the CCF telling the car it has paddles, it would even show up in pivi but the “active in drive/sport” button in pivi didn’t work and the paddles wouldn’t work…. Until you do a TCM relearn. The TCU relearned the CCF and then instantly the paddles work.
Im really wondering if an ECU needs to do a relearn to get it to work?
I also wonder if this would assist with the remembering last settings (deactivating start/stop) on some vehicles. It seems as though some of these companies that sell the service of activating different things are able to do it.
does anyone know what ECU park assist or the auto start stop would be tied into and try to do a relearn to see if it starts to work?
I have a 2020 X that I changed the CCF for the auto start stop but it doesn’t work. Wondering what ecu it may be ties to for a relearn. Same with the park assist.
