Might take the edge off. I’d tap it with a fire hose. I usually back off a project when I get wadded, kinda let it collect some dust. When I’m ready to take another swing I reevaluate my goals vs the achievable reality. Start small and go from there. You know it’d make a payment on an LR3...... ace in the hole!

After battling a 02 sensor issue for days. I'd got it out, but buggered up the threads...so I just made a plug until I could get to it repaired. Yesterday, it finally happened, tapped the hole, installed 02 and checked with scan tool. Perfect, running like a champ (almost to the point of being scary) and idled smooth as silk.
So, I'm watching the scan tool on the way home, cycling every few seconds...nothing....hurray!!!!
Well as you can imagine...that was short lived...because, after getting on the brakes...kind of hard...the three sombrero dudes paid me a visit...lol. I'm like???...can't this piece of junk just treat me good for a messily 24 hours?
Fortunately, they left for warmer climates this morning...hopefully...they stay there.
