Starting to resize the rack for my rover. Adding 13” in length. And will make up some light mounts. The old tube is kinda rusty inside.

It’s hard to weld the old rusty tube. I probably should’ve just built one from scratch and sold this one but I’ve started now. 😒

Built light mounts and painted it quick. Needs a guard on top for branches but not sure what I want yet.

I finished up the reinforced mounts and made studs for the high lift.

I am not sure I would put the high lift up there, that is a lot of weight on the the gutter, or maybe add a couple of more mounts on that side to spread the load
