Default Disco II owner here....should I buy a Disco I?

Hello all, I've owned a Disco II for about 6 years and had all the joys of LR ownership such as doing head gaskets, replacing radiators, constantly fixing coolant leaks. It's been so much fun that I am going to look at a D1 tomorrow. Since I'm going to look at it on short notice, can anyone give me a quick rundown on whether or not D1 have the same issues as D2s? Propshafts, head gaskets, lousy cooling system, etc?

Will have same hg issues. Driveshaft is not same style, but still needs grease.
Cooling system is more robust, use a 180f stat, rad can be rodded out. No amigos. Simpler to work on, leaks just as good.
