Ah ok that explains it. Thanks for your help everyone! Hopefully after I fix the actuator on the driver door the rest will work just fine. Thats the hope anyways...

New problem...

So I found out my actuator works good, the plug was disconnected in the door. But now I have a new problem. Before the locks worked I adjusted the latches because they didnt work right and the doors opened without any issues. Now however, when I close the driver door and lock it, then unlock it, it will not open. I finally got it open and have been studying whats going on. So normally the door latch lifts up on the thing that I have the arrow pointing to in the picture, which allows the catch to release. For some reason as soon as I lock, then unlock the door, the door latch no longer lifts that bar up and does not release the door catch. Anyone have any ideas what this might be? (When I reach in with my hand and push up on that bar, the door opens right away without issue. I cant exactly get inside and take the door apart aside from cutting a hole in the door to see better... so any input would help!
