Default No turn signal/Hazard

Have something going on with turn signals/hazard switch. I had to use hazards yesterday. I turned them off, drove off and noticed I no longer had signals/nor the hazard switch functions. The light on the instrument cluster does not light during start up check, nor when switching on signal. It DOES turn on, along with the lights, during car alarm set. I have checked both fuses and the ground E201. I would also assume the flasher unit is fine since power gets to the lights during alarm set. Could it be the hazard switch itself? Have looked through the RAVE manual and am stuck. I hate electrical problems. Thanks. BTW, 1996 D1

See page 450 of 556 of the 96 RAVE electrical manual - connector C215 pin 5 light green with purple wire - should go to 12 volts when hazard switch operated.

Default Multimeter

Thank you very much. I will have to borrow a multimeter to check it out. Like I said, I hate electrical problems. Should get one eventually for my own use. I still don't understand how the signals along with the instrument cluster light could work with the alarm set and not with the signal **** itself. If I do find that the hazard switch is the culprit, do you have a preference on where to get one? Haven't seen one on Atlantic British. Thanks again.

Just remembered, most likely unrelated....but the truck sat for two weeks prior to starting while we were on vacation. When unlocking manually the horn beeped once. Never had that happen before. Otherwise, fired up fine and continued on my merry way until the turn signals/hazards stopped working.
