So what did you do to your Disco today?
Ripped out the trailer light converter. It stopped working just as I was getting ready for a weekend of snowmobiling. I ended up using a jump battery to power the tail lights and took my chances. Have a new unit on order but I think I will put it inside behind the tail light and run a cable out through the door when I need it.
The kid has decided it should e his truck and is driving it just about every day. something about the car seat for his 5 month old won't fit in his Cavalier Convertible...

It looks like that Benz is about to hit your kid!!!

nah. The Benz is double parked and actually protecting us. The traffic on the left is moving.
Now you know why I don't 'tinker' with the truck too much. Not the best working conditions.
We did get a chance to try out the new 20V impact wrench and I'm not sure how I did the brakes/rotors (at a different location) without it. Gosh does that thing save time.

Didn't work on the truck but did a lot of work on my rear bumper. Started like this...

Cut off the 2nd swing away post, removed center latch catches, welded on new mounts, trimmed the wings and filled all existing holes and ground it all back down. Ready for a coat of paint and a run in with some rocks or a tree!

Its the same as the Rovertym but one had a bolt bottomed out and broken off in it and then I broke an ez out off in it so I just had a buddy machine me some new mounts. Torched off the old and welded on the new. Excuse the weld on the left side. My buddy thought he had enough gas left to get it done but we ended up making a trip to the welding supply shot for another tank.
