I just ordered one from Ebay, seems no one in my area has the larger filter available, and the OE is a "next day" order. So I'll be changing the oil on Tuesday now.

No need to spend a ton on oil filters for a D1. Look for Wix 1515 (larger) or WIX 1068 (smaller)

Amazon Amazon
Amazon Amazon

aka "Napa Gold" filters with the same part number.

I got my Wix 51515 installed today with about 6.5 quarts of Rotella T4, thank you for all of the tips.

Tomorrow I should be just out motoring in the Rover.

I made a Carbon/fiberglass tailgate handle cover and a nice ABS organizer.

Not today but last weekend.
Fought my driver's window. Bought a new regulator w/ motor just over a year ago. The rubber coupling in the worm mechanism came apart in the original one. Replacement motor died. Frankensteined coupling from replacement to old motor. All better.
PITA but better.

Old Coupling

New (bad) motor housing

Old motor housing w/ coupling from new (bad) motor.
