Yes, the fuel pump is toast.
Your running fuel PSI should be in the 30's.

Thumbs up

When you price a new fuel pump your heart will miss a beat. One option to save a couple hundred dollars is to replace the actual pump in the fuel pump assembly. It will cost about $75 dollars, plus or minus. Not a hard job, takes about 2 hours start to finish. There are some great writeups on the forum. Did it on our DI and it has worked great for the past year, the price for a AEL fuel pump knocked my socks off. Good luck. Phil

It was the fuel pump... found a wrecked one at at local salvage yard, 45K miles $100.

She runs like new now. The old pump went at 90K miles so I figure I have 45K miles to get out of this previously enjoyed fuel pump.

I will condense and post the findings, with pictures of the old pump on another thread.

Thanks all for your input
