Heater problems
So if the fuses are intact, my meter is showing ample voltage at the blower power connector and the motor spins when hardwired to the battery, what else might be the problem? I see by looking at the wire diagram provided that it looks as though a relay might be involved with the blower power. But if the relay is bad, wouldn't it not give ample voltage at the connector? Still cold in CO...

Check your ground for the fan. If a bad conection, you will have some volts, but not enough amps to turn motor. Takes both of them to make power ( P = IE). It is C910, pix attached. Are you getting good voltage with the fan plugged in? Might have to back probe the connector.
