Bout 30 min with my trusty $9 HF rotary tool...ugly, but solid.

 

for people how had the blanks screwed up did the locksmith flip the original key over too or just the blank to make the 2nd cut.
I had the similar problem coping regular blanks until I looked closely and saw they were not quite exact from one side to the other.
one the original key was flipped along with the new black there were no more problems.

 

Does anyone have a rover wing sticker they can spare? I was missing mine when I ordered my key fob.

 

does anyone have a spare chrome "key release" button? I lost mine somewhere.
