I ran a 3" lift with my SLS for nearly 90,000 miles, that is a real great combination on and off the road.

Yes, but you have to readjust the ride height sensors.

Correct its best done with 1" or 2" spacers under the air springs. But until you can get those you can also adjust the hight temporary by raising the height sensors on the rear trailing arms. I used once section of metal pipe strap to space up 1".

Here is the 2" spacer kit you might consider from ToddCo Suspension.

How so? I had my Range Rover that would only leak when in highway mode and of there someone in the rear seats. There was a crack that would leak just enough and that would cause a gard fault and drop to the bumpstops. It was nothing electric about that. I am just throwing out ideas to maybe find the solution.

i have the same exact problem. will sit fine in driveway for weeks and then deflate in a parking lot or on the highway. I replaced the bags, they had plenty of dry rot and needed to be replaced anyway, but I still have the same problem. Electrical system is next. If you replace the bags, don't count on it solving your issue.

My truck would sit down on the bump stops after parking in cold weather. I raised the truck...pumped up the bags so I could see the entire bag surface. Then sprayed with soapy water and bingo it was worn out and leaking under the fold of the airbag. The leaks will show themselves if they are there. $265 dollars and about an hour per side and the Arnott bags were in and no issues since then.
What are the common electrical faults with the system?
If you find the bags are leaking, don't get frustrated... Very easy fix to swap out bags...

FYI The cheapest place for the Arnott air bags when I bought them was Amazon, even cheaper than buying them through Arnott directly or Ebay.

Depending on the parts you need this may save you more than eBay or Amazon.

For a limited time you can also use code ' RoverForums ' to save 10% off purchases (up to $75 max discount) when buying off the Arnott web site store. Offer ends July 1, 2012.
