tell me i dont need a new wiper motor...
so im sure i need a new wiper motor but i just wanna make sure before i spend the money. my wipers have a brief history... over a year ago the bolt on the driver side wiper loosened in a rain storm and was getting stuck and i beleive probably messed up the wiper motor (couldnt turn them off till i pulled over cause of heavy rain and dark) months later my intermitent stopped fully working (wipers would get stuck or move very slow) but all other wiper options worked fine. now i used my wipers and when they sat back down they would never go back up... fuse f19 the 15a fuse for the front wipers was blown. i replaced it a couple times but it blows as soon as i start the car. i checked all the other related fuses and all are fine. i took the aux fuse out and was able to start the car without the f19 wiper fuse blowing but the wipers wouldnt operate. do i need a new wiper motor? or is there something im missing?

You probably need a wiper motor and a new wiper switch. See pix. You can unplug that connector, and put your fuse back in and try it (wiper won't run, but fuse should not blow unless other problems like a grounded wire). About $80 (motor) at parts store, less for a used one at a salvage yard if available.
