I had to use that on 2 head bolts to get them out.
My impact wouldn't do it, but that socket and breaker bar did.
Next step would've been a drill and an easy out.
Remaining Issues
Broken nipple on radiator <-may dill out and put brass nipple
Broken SAI pipe <-have on local
Broken Bolts for Intake Plenum <-Assuming I can pick up at hardware store
Replace broken breather things on valve cover
Check surfaces for warping
Have someone eyeball pistons and sleeves to see if I am missing any issues
Prep and clean surfaces for gaskets
Check injectors and replace o rings

Bought metric O ring set
Took a picture of left over parts from Lucky8

That is an interesting way to mount the FV308, but I don't think it's going to work due to the flow being backwards. The FV308 is supposed to replace the plastic nipple on the Upper Plenum. Then at the Valve Cover you just remove the plastic baffle and on 03-04 D2's drill out the hole to allow for more flow.
I just wanted to point that out before you put it all back together.

crap... I thought I did it right. I have the brass fitting on the upper plenum already.
