I'm still mixed on the mirage. I just put a set on my disco for the winter setup, not sure if I like them or not.

I had them on my 99. I'm not a huge fan, but at least they are 16"

Not a big fan of hurricanes or mondials either, but lots of people like them.

I like the stock 03-04 S wheels, comets, and those wheels Julian has best.

Julian's are my favorite, and they're 7x16 which is awesome, and after that it's the US G4 wheels(which might be the 03-04 S wheels you're talking about).

When it comes to looks, I have the same mixed feelings but a set of 5 mirages can be had cheap. My 6 spoke 18's look better, but the 16' mirages with 32' tires will perform better. Tires are cheaper also!

Yeah, most G4 were S models. I have seen an HSE G4 with hurricanes though.

yeah I only got them because I sent a message to marty saying "send me 5 x 16" D2 alloys" and that's what I got haha. $250 shipped for all 5.

Wow. That's spectacular. I should hit him up for some alloys for my 90.

Definitely, and there are tons of 16" D1/D90/RRC alloys out there.

Mirages do come cheap. I paid $80 for my set of 5 local pickup.
