Not done yet, but replaceing the origional raditor and water pump. Factory sticker and the landy has 201k on the odometer. Whos bright idea was it to use cross head screws and not bolts on these thing,oh, and all the coolant hoses. No more dex cool for this truck.

Installed 2in terrafirma lift, terrafirma steering dampener, and ARB bumper with two PIAA fog lights. Also got the windows tinted. Now in search of some 16in wheels.

we created an account on this forum and made our first post (within the new member introduction area). this here would be our second post, but only after spending lots of time reading through this thread... good stuff. i guess i could add that i just replaced, over the weekend, a rear door lock actuator. one down, one more to go. so much to do, so little time...

hey street, is your laptop base floor mounted? if so, is it a collapsible or removable tree? I broke my console trying to rig one up...

Yeah it is floor mounted. It's connected where the passenger seat mounts nearest the center console, and has an adjustable piece that pushes against the floorboard to keep it stable. (Doesn't require drilling into your vehicle or anything) I've had it in the Disco for many years now and it's still going strong, no vibration/noise or movement when driving or typing on the computer.

It isn't removable however, without taking the whole unit out of course. I know a guy who has a RAM mount and mine is far better, even though it's a cheaper mount.

First day really testing the disco after the lift. Driving around on the terrible north vermont roads and nothing fell apart or broke. Success!
