Ouch. For 12k, I can set up a tent just fine on my own.

I only wish I had the skills (and of course the spare time) to even think about attempting that. Only real option for me is to buy... Keep us posted on the build (not sure if there's a thread, but I haven't come across it).

There are some really sweet campers out there, I love the tent trailers. Just pull up to your campsite, park it, lock it, then go fishing. They go for pretty cheap (out here, at least) and you can get a real nice modern version, if your lucky.

Replaced my old paint peeling, rusty, metal upper tail light protectors with new plastic G4 style upper tail light covers. Looks good...

The custom bumper and winch install is finally complete. The bumper could have a more aggressive approach angle, but I wanted to keep the fog lamps. We also made sure to incorporate the fog lamp adjusters into the bumper as well as the headlight washers.

Also completed 2" TF lift, Columbia Rover fuel tank guard, TF diff guards.

Next project.... an off-road trailer. Almost ready for the NW Overland Rally and WABDR this summer:
Backcountry Discovery Routes summer.

Very, very nice. What gauge steel did you use?
