03-04 came with just a blank cover instead of cup holders in the center dash. They came stock with the big cup holders on the console.

Sorry for not answering sooner, I took my toddler for his first wheeling adventure today. It was awesome!
I don't see why you couldn't do this on a pre facelift truck.
This was also my first chance to drive the truck since I put the Borla catback on yesterday. Jury's out, it looks great but is a little droney at 1800-2000 rpm. It sounds great with a little more gas though and is fairly quiet at idle.

I also put on some weathertec window deflectors just in time for rainy season. I like driving with my window cracked open for fresh air and they seem to solve the problem of the rain dripping in pretty well.

Put a D1 front bumper on ($52 at local pick and pull) plastidipped the roof (paint was faded badly) owned this truck for about 5 months and love it!!! So I'm a total noob, do I have to trim the bumper to run 33's? I don't mind dropping down to 16" wheels w spacers Also,I have a 2000 disco w a d1 front bumper if that makes a diff.. Not really wanting to trim it...

Picked up a Safety Devices rack and work light from a nice guy up in Vail. Finally found one close enough and reasonably priced!

33's will rub without a lift. Wheel size doesn't really effect it. 33" is 33" regardless of what size wheel you are running. I ran my 32"s on mine without a lift for a couple of months and it rubbed at full lock.

Changed out the Throttle Body Heater Plate and topped off all the fluids while I was in there.

Took her for a smog check today... she passed!

This past weekend I took her out on some dirt roads, and found my way onto a section of a local 4x4 trail. She performed admirably, gave me a few pucker moments on some really off camber sections, but she stayed firmly planted. I came home minus one mudflap, two trim pieces, and a front turn indicator light...

Thanks! I was looking at a 2" lift and maybe some wheel spacers... I've got to fix the audio first as the previous owner did a nasty hack Job...

Noticed a small screw in a tire and sure enough it went flat...got out the paperwork on the tires and was shocked to remember that I bought them in Oct. 08' and now have 89,000 miles on them!!!

I knew they were near replacement time but damn!

Unfortunately they don't make this Michelin any longer and I'll have to switch to the M/S 2 version with the slightly lower load rating or look elsewhere. Either way I'll be going to a 245/75-R16. My other choice is the BFG like on the newer Rubicon which also comes in the same size. Not sure if they last as long or ride as nice though, but they do look good. Since buying the Michelins I've added a 2" lift and the 255/65 R16's look a little small. Possibly because they have nearly 90k on them but I like the looks of the 245/75 with the lift.
