Went snow-wheeling today. Pretty great trip with plenty of frozen water crossings that were gnarley. The first water crossing I went through there was a giant 3x3 ice boulder that got jammed under the rear of my left rocker panel causing the left rear to come out of water lol...once I kicked the ice out of the way, I got out of icy water easily, but not before crushing the trim in..lol. Well I needed an excuse for sliders anyways.

On a side note, the vehicle performed flawlessly. I never got stuck / had to be pulled out...I can't say as much for the people I went with tho...lol
Engine temps stayed in the high 180's with the highest I saw being 193... outside temp on the other hand started at 2 degrees with maybe 10 degrees as the warmest.
The traction control is definitely what makes this vehicle so capable off road. ...oh yea and the clearance for a stock height vehicle.

I took several small day trips last summer to "break in" the vehicle after major repairs... I also had to build trust again with it.. So in summary I have to say that what an awesome day snow-wheeling today was.

After pulling a fallen tree off the trail with my front shackles, I noticed that my bumper had moved (was using stock bolts with aftermarket steel bumper).
So I upgraded the bolts on my bumper to grade 8 1/2" It was a pretty tight fit but, with a jack, mallet, and sweat got all four in.

Default Who can spot what’s wrong with this picture

I think I’ve discovered the reason of my lingering cylinder 7 misfire. This was an obvious problem but There’s nothing obvious yet as to why cylinder 2 misfires until I can get my heads off. Any ideas as for why this would happen?

Grabbed an 02 RR 150AMP alternator from my local Pick N Pull for 25.00, and installed it into my 04 this evening. Can't find out if the 02 Westminster runs cool until I get the proper 180F thermostat.....
