Spent today reassembling the engine. The car has been apart for about a month now and it’s finally all back together. With a new timing chain, new rocker shafts, and almost every gasket in the engine having been replaced it’s running silky smooth. At 245,000 miles this engine is somehow smoother than my 02 with only 165,000 miles. The only thing I didn’t quite get right is the left exhaust manifold isn’t properly bolted to the catalytic converter so it sounds like an old hot rod at the moment.

Note to self...try to make note of such things in the future.

Cracked radiator? Loose vent line to the reservoir? Or the darn fan shroud screws crack a tank & start leaking?

Pulled the headliner to track down my front sunroof leak to find the lower seal has failed.
