Replaced my fan - didn't fix my cooling issues Also found some exhaust leaks and tightened things up a bit. Will need to do more of this because it sounds like a diesel when accelerating. Also added the running boards back and mounted my over sized spare.

Exhaust leaks

New spare

New fan

Correct! But because I got so much @*#! & about it, I replaced it as well. 😁

Also pulled the stat and put in a genuine 180 stat. Flushed all the coolant out. Running with water and purple ice - no coolant.

Before

idle - 210 to 215
1500 rpms - 210 to 224
2000+ rpms. - 204 to 212

After

idle - 194
1500 rpms - 183 to 188
2000+ rpms - 179 to 183

Fixing the exhaust leaks tomorrow!

Happy now?!?

I replaced my Driver side door card, arm rest and both driving lamp assemblies.

Debating if I'm going to do the hinges on my own or have the body shop do them and ensure the hatch is still true.
