Doing things dumbdumb backwards, but having fun. Put the new tires on, lift won't be here in time for tomorrow's adventure. Had to take off running boards and bumper fascia, but now it matches my geo tracker (also missing it's bumper fascia) so at least I'm consistent?

Going to need to remove the glass entirely from right rear door to undo whatever the heck the previous owner did so I can get it working again.

Still some work to do for third row but won't use it until it's finished. Started smoke testing to find my vacuum leak. My trims aren't horrible so it's a small one. Thanks to this forum, I realized that some of the "broken vacuum lines" are actually vents haha.

After tire install, could only drive straight back and then back forward into shop haha. "little bit of rubbing"

Removed fascia and painted it

Removed running boards and put on some cheap lights. The winch I have already is too big to fit where I thought it would so will price out a winch bumper cost vs smaller winch cost

I forgot to put in some rivnuts for front license plate.

I wouldn't go under 9k lbs on the winch. There are some competition winches that are smaller, but more costly than a bumper for sure.

Thanks for the recommendation.

I upgraded my car trailer winch to 18k, so I have this 12k one, but I might have to get creative with mounting this if I want to make it work. Creativity is not my thing 🤣 so it will probably look dumb

Hey, looks good! Did the "stinger" come with the bumper or if not, where did you get it from.?

Couple shots from URE this weekend. I wasn't able to come down the whole weekend, but I ran down Saturday and wheeled for a bit before shooting back home.

Today found a post by "T-Rex" about a diy discreet winch diy and purchased the bracket to hopefully get my old winch on. Going to overhaul it first.

Got the extinct thermostat on, mine wasn't opening so it needed replacement anyway.

Also since I have to save a bit to get the terrafirma lift, I got some lift blocks to try.
During that install I discovered my shocks were most likely stock and absolutely shot hahaha.

Got the fronts on today, tomorrow will do the rears after I get paying customer work out the door.

Next is oil pan gasket, power steering has several leaks so going to start with the definitely leaking pressure line and see if pump and box also leaking.

Thanks to all the posts on this, install went smoothly. Now to flush and fill dexcoolfree

Default Leaky thermostat

I had a slow leak on my thermostat, upon inspection it looks like the housing is not quite round and the thermostat did not seat well. Took a Dremel to it and fits much better. Hopefully this is the fix.
