Replaced the front tie rods and did an at home alignment to get things back in order. It was much easier to just cut the nuts off the ball joints. make sure you have the ball joint press remover tool for the pitman arm, I am pretty sure it is not a good idea to bang on that ball joint given it is connected to the steering box and all the seals in there. I think I may still take it in for toe, but will see how it goes so far.
That looks fantastic! I may do something similar to by A and B pillars. I did my doors cards and roof with some material I brought back from Hawaii. It's not for everyone, but I feel like I'm on vacation when I'm driving my D2
Ran the Rubicon trail with NCLR's annual Rovicon trip (rovicon.org). First time running the trail and managed to escape with little damage. Plenty of scratches, a messed up spare tire carrer, and underbody scrapes but 0 body damage and driveline failures. All thanks to amazing spotters and event organizers! Although the wheel did fall off but that was because the lug nuts were loose and rims that were lug centric instead of hub centric.
Specs:

Took the Disco out this weekend for a bachelor trip and got to use my rear locker for the first time. About 15 minutes into the first trail, I snapped my first shaft. Swapped in a spare shaft and hub and got back to wheeling! Was otherwise a smooth trip, say for the roof damage. Really happy with how 4.37s, 35s, and a rear locker feels
Moments before the rear shaft broke First time having to do a repair like this on a trip Bummed about the dent, but thankful it didnt get my glass
