What do I need to fix here - Water Pump?

Torque specs are great, but on a water pump I’d personally say #1 & #4 are the most critical. Bolts can be at properly tightened & it can still leak like crazy if #1 & #4 aren’t done properly.

I’ve honestly never got a torque wrench out for anything besides HG TTY Bolts, Lug Nuts, and a few other misc things. The rest I use good judgement. My dad on the other hand would just tighten something & then go grab a 3ft cheater bar lol & snap crackle pop! 5min repair turned into $$$$. I did in fact learn from him = don’t do that!! lol
