What's wrong with my Disco??
Ok Question for you guys.
I found the problem to be the tie rod ends.
Now, can I just buy the 2 tie rod ends or do I have to buy The Track Rod complete?
Do both tie rod ends screw in or does the Track rod has one side welded in?

One end is crimped permanently onto both the drag link and tie rod. Unless you are lucky and the end that's shot is the end which unscrews you have to buy the complete rods respectively. However, if the end that is shot is the unscrewable end be certain that the fixed end won't be far behind and will need replacing soon. It'll work out cheaper to buy the whole rod than in two parts later. (this is just another LR cheapo engineering get out as most rods are adjustable both ends.)
it is usually a better option, to go with an upgraded aftermarket set. oem = $$$

Totally agree Dusty. And the ball joints are screwed in at BOTH ends and adjustable. They are also universal for LHD and RHD but the only thing that makes me slightly nervous is the steering damper bracket is held on with 2x U bolts and not welded. Maybe I'm just being paranoid
