That is 100% untouched original? Wish mine was that nice, but mine it at least still showing most of its paint. With that said, I would love to do a body-off restoration of the frame. And def repair the factory defect areas that collect water and debris.

It's original, from 2005....the only thing I do is sand/paint any surface rust from off-roading, like if I scrape paint off on a rock and rust forms (mostly sliders and gas tank skid, hardly any of that on the frame) and then spray it with BOESHIELD. I do that once a year.

I don't think ive seen a chassis that rusty even on a UK forum, i guess the other side would be just as bad so may need a chassis chop from a wreck to repair it or just do a body swap as DT has said.
