I think you are missing the lower part of your bumper!
I believe you posted before that you have a 2018.
Official back view of a HSE Luxury , note the bumper looks bigger. HSE looks the same, SE is all black but looks the same size. The link defaults to orange but you have to hit the rotate button to see the back and side views.

Well I found some stock photos at dealer sites that do look like your bumper.
So I don't know. Mine isn't coming in until 4/26 and don;t think I will stop by a dealer until then.

 

This dealer shows real pictures as well as stock photos. The actual bumper is very different. So it must be one of the appearance packages that changes the bumper. Not sure if you can get some of those parts but it would hide things.

Our Disco has the optional Dynamic Pack 1, no trailer hitch and the "half spare tire" => I assume our looks as it supposes to look => maybe I just might get a full spare to fill the space.

 

My came in on April 12th.

And yes, you see the spare when crouching down or when standing/driving behind at some distance.... Under these circumstances, the half spare gets lost and all you see is a big, weird void. => I'll probably get a full spare to fill the space.
