I'm having the same issue with MY24 110. I'm interested to know what happened when you contacted the dealer, can you provide an update?

See my thread linked below on the fix for this. There is a TSB for this issue. The TSB number is JLRTB02076NAS2 and the fix is they drop the headliner, move the RF receiver from above the cargo area to above the driver's seat, and install a new wiring harness overlay to help boost the signal. After I had this TSB performed, I haven't had any issues with my keyless entry.

I did see your post and saved off your photo for when I talk to JLR! :-) While I do have the issue with the driver side door, I also have been having an issue where the tailgate no longer opens keyless when the vehicle is locked. So I'm unsure if moving the RF receiver will resolve that too. Did you have that issue? Did the fix resolve that also?

I did not have that issue. Mine still works properly. Have you tried changing the key fob battery? Are you having this issue with both fobs?

If you have a GAP tool it may be worth clearing any fault codes and trying the doors again.

I recently started having issues with my doors not opening consistently. I replaced the key fob battery which helped for about a week. At the first sign of trouble I got out the GAP tool and cleared the faults. I don't recall what they all were, but there were several which seems to be par for the course when I look at fault codes.
I cleared them a couple weeks ago and have had pretty consistent results with my doors. I had one issue, but the amount of dirt/salt/crud on the vehicle was pretty intense, it was even interfering with the backup camera and sensors. After the car wash everything was fine again.
