It seems to me that the range of my V1 is greatly reduced with my cold weather package..
It still works but alerted me only 100-200 meters ahead radars..not so usefull
Bigger range if the radar is behind car(rear window is not so ecranated)

Can you provide a link, I can’t seem to find any info on the plug and play harness for detector power.

On the the thread under the Youtube video of PowerfulUK's dashcam installation (the harness was originally designed to power the LR dashcam, although it should work just as well with a radar detector), Simon wrote a week ago that he has a "new version" of the harness that he needs to test before he puts it up for sale - so for now no harness from PowerfulUK.
