if you pulled the master cylinder lines off you need to bleed out the entire system, also if you havnt in a while you might just want to do it anyway

Okay, so now I am concerned, possibly for no reason:

I can pump away at the brake pedal, and it never gets stiff. Is this because I have not started the truck to create a vacuum yet (still some things I need to do before I fire it back up again), or did I do something wrong? O-ring not fit properly? Something else?

sounds like air in your master cylinder

Do we need to bleed each caliper? We went from hard brakes to none after installing brake booster and reinstalling original Mc. Does it take unusually long to bleed system? Seemed very straightforward if anyone can help. Thanks
