Thanks Ralph. Justin said that I am good to go so I'm gonna go install these things and report back in when finished. See you on the flip side.

I had the same issue when I got my steering rods from them. Only 2 were greaseable and Justin had to send me a replacement for one of the non-greasable ones bc it had a torn boot.

On a different note I installed my new PS pump today. I've spent probably 2 hrs bleeding air out and I'm still getting a bit of a whine noise like it's got air in it. Guess it's time to get searching on some more bleeding techniques, besides cracking the bleeder and connecting a clear hose from it back to the reservoir.

After looking closer I actually on have one tie rod end with a zerk fitting. It is the one that connects to the drop arm. the other 3 that connect to the knuckle do not have them. I'm guessing it was designed that way?

I installed my new HD steering rods and got some new windshield washer jets installed just in time for bug season.

Jared,

You've been going crazy with rover work the past week. Love hearing all about it. War Horse will ride on for long into the future, I think!

I'm going to tackle the PS pump this week as well.

Good luck on the rest of the work!

Thanks. We've got a Rover fishing trip down to the beach coming up in just over a month that I'm rushing to get ready for, so everything I've been putting off is finally getting done. War Horse is almost ready for battle, almost.

Have fun with the power steering pump repair. Good time for a new drive belt if it's been awhile.

I just received my new windshield jets also. How hard/easy are they to switch out? I need to put mine in.

Might be one of the easiest things you can do on these rigs. Unhook the fluid lines. Pop out the nozzle and replace.

What ^he ^said.

All you do is reach up under the hood where the jets are, and squeeze the 2 clips on the jet and pop it out the top.
