Pics or it didn't happen!!!

Got around to bleed the brakes after the brake line rupture. Nice firm pedal and hopefully no more burst brake lines

Drove 800 miles on a round trip to Boston last week. Hit 123,456 miles, but the picture did not save. bummer.

It was the longest trip ever for me in rover by far, I think the longest drive previously was only 40 miles, but an hour and a half. It went as expected, loud and slow, I brought plenty of tools in in case. I did average 18-20 miles per gallon, about 65 mph, I cant believe it either, but that is what the numbers are. The tires are dedicated summer tires, I am sure that helps a bit, plus driving conservatively.
The engine does sound better, I think being hot for several hours helped clean it out. I normally only drive 7 miles at a time, never truly gets hot.
No leaks, coolant, PS and Brake fluid all good. Although I think i may be leaking tranny fluid, gotta look at it again, there was a drip.

How long did it take to install?

Did you wire to the fuse box under the steering wheel?

How did you route the wire from the rear cam to the front? The headliner or the floor? Where did you put the back up cam?

Thanks for the input.

The install I did took a lot longer than the normal install because I took the time to install sound deadening material under my carpet , I routed the power wire directly to the fuse box via a add a fuse so I can have it have power 24/7. The rear view camera wire I routed through the headliner along the right side then behind the plastic cover on the rear passenger window to the door. I wired the reverse power wire to the reverse light so when I put it into reverse the camera pops up, then the wire went through the door and I put the camera on the spare tire rim till I find a permanent location , I may try to put it on the license plate

Ive had my 2003 3 weeks and the list.....Replaced door key lock pin, ,replaced rear cargo door actuator, replaced broken window cowl, buffed headlights, adjusted throttle linkage so cruise control would work. Still need to fix rear passenger door actuator, replace fuel pump with faulty regulator, install 180 tstat, install lucky 8 front drive shaft, install ultraguage.....what a $ pit...lol. Oh ...I replaced a sticking rear caliper too.
