A morning of maintenance... changed the turbo gasket (TD5) topped up the transmission fluid and carried out the shuttle valve mod to get rid of the recurring 3 amigos. All in all, a satisfying day and now it's time for a beer

Replaced the front shaft with one from Lucky8 yesterday after work. Piece of mind and safety for the transmission, along with the ability to grease all points at regular intervals.

Replaced my 2nd row ash tray with a Tuffrok power panel. Haven’t finished the wiring yet, waiting for a member to respond with the hookup on the accessory power plugs he was selling.

Wife picked out an early present and had it shipped. Nothin fancy but it is the thought that counts. Just the side marker guards.

I have also outfitted mine with the same prop. Great deal. They say no more tha a 1" lift but for my use my Disco is tall enough.

Did a smoke test to find my vacuum leak, no leak, but found SAI pump was not plugged in. That thing is loud! Will take it apart, see if I can quiet it down. I don't think I have ever heard one before, in 6+ years of ownership. Now, I have a different set of codes, cleared a few and now I have P1412, P1415, P1884. Not sure why have the transmission fault. Will need to dig into it.

Leaky valley pan gasket
Removed intake plenum - fuel rail/injectors - coil packs - spark plugs/wires - alternator/ac compressor and its bracket
All 12 intake bolts were loose - removed one by one, applied blue loctite, re-torqued to spec.
Replaced injectors with rebuilt/tested set
New Bosch coil packs - Bosch plugs - STI wires
Upper intake bolts were loose too - retorqued and loctite applied on reassembly
Flushed coolant - at 220k miles replaced Dexcool with Prestone - flushed with 7 gallons of distilled water

NOTHING LEAKS NOW - no oil, on water, no nothing... LOL

*****If you feel you're valley pan is leaking - look at re-torquing bolts - lots of old threads/posts about this - common issue for those bolts to come loose*****
