That winch works fine. It's no speed demon, but slow n steady always wins the race. I've pulled out a diesel Ford Excursion twice with it completely buried in mud up past the doors. For emergency use and normal trail use I'd say it can't be beat. Heck to be honest the VR line from Warn is nothing but a 100% Chinese winch with 200.00 slapped on it for the Warn sticker. Just keep the line maintained, and you'll be good to go.

I replaced the rear sunroof motor. Easy job - no need to remove or even pull down the headliner. My rear sunroof is working again!!
Other tasks I'm hoping to complete before quarantine is over:
1. Rear brakes (See below)
2. Find and repair my AC leak
3. Install new fan and fan clutch
4. Fix the front sunroof. Motor is good, but it binds and won't slide backwards. Tried a solvent and then grease, but it's still stuck. Need to pull the glass off and then reinstall the new rails.
5. Induction cleaning to try to quiet it down. I'll do a crankcase cleaning as well, but I just changed the oil so I'll wait on that until I get to the next oil change
6. Transfer case fluid
7. Transmission fluid
8. Disassemble and lube the blower motor
9. New fuel pump - the float is messed up and my fuel gauge doesn't read accurately.
Were your rear brakes welded on with rust? Need to do pads and rotors - I bought them just finding excuses to put off the work (despite the reminders from the squeak). Considering how hard it was to get the rear wheels off, I'm expecting the discs to be absolutely welded to the hubs.
Glad to hear your driveshaft swap went quickly. I ended up needing an air chisel to separate the shaft from the transfer case flange.

I currently have my headliner out debating to re-fabric it or Repaint it. Didn’t even consider soundproofing. What did you use?

Pulled off the old fan and fan clutch. This is a very easy job with the correct tools. Unfortunately, I didn't have the correct tools last time. To remove your fan clutch, you want a thin 36mm wrench (they make special ones just for this purpose.
I wasn't able to knock it loose with force or by jamming the serpentine belt - the water pump just turned. My kit came with this enormous wrench designed to hold the water pump pulley in place. For me, this wasn't usable. Do not use the larger part of this kit:

I found that this worked easiest with a tool like this:

I got mine on Ebay for like $10 - it said it was for a BMW but worked perfectly. Had the fan off in 5 minutes. Note that the BMW fan clutch nut is 32mm, but ours is 36mm, so you should buy the two parts separately if you can.
Unfortunately during the repair I diagnosed a bad water pump bearing, so I need to get that replaced. Thread with a few questions is here, if you don't mind taking a look:
