If the water is coming from the dome light, it's almost always from the sunroof drain tubes being clogged/restricted, allowing the sunroof tray to overflow into the headliner. Step one is to pour a little water in the tray and watch how it drains to the ground. Easier if the car is slightly nose down, about a cup in each front corner, you should see the water hit the ground right behind each front wheel. There's a easy fix, probably in a thread here somewhere, for the RF tube if it's restricted at the end.

I had the same issue... I took pictures of how I fixed it. When I get home from work, I'll go ahead and upload them for you. So, you'll know exactly what to do.

After a bad rain storm, I noticed by headliner was all wet by the dome lights. It turns out that my sunroof drain tube was clogged with dirt. The drain tube goes from the sunroof, under the headliner, down the a-pillar and comes out by the driver's side wheel. I'm not sure on other years, but on our 2006 model, the tube is crimped about 90% closed to prevent water from traveling back up I believe. I first dropped the headliner, and stuck a pipe-cleaner (like they use in arts & crafts) down it by the sunroof. But, it was clean. So, I then took off the trim in the foot-well to the left. And I disconnected the drain tube. And sure enough, since its pinched by design, it trapped about an inch worth of dirt. And it created a complete blockage. So, I took a pair of scissors and cut off the pinched part (X) and I've never had a drop of water inside since.

It's a simple DIY. I have to search through about 1000 pictures of one of my memory cards for it. But, I'll definitely get them for you sometime this afternoon/evening.
