Mine is the V6 gas supercharged. That one is the newer version of mine (I have the V2). Functionally the same and it should absolutely do it. See user manual. So if it's not working it suggests maybe something wrong with the software on your car. Perhaps explains why the manual reset isn't working on yours either...
It would not do it. I was in contact with the manufacturer. When the manufacturer says it won't, that was good enough for me.
Take time to go back through everything I have posted about this specific issue. ( in short, only 2017 diesels has this issue)
The V6 gas supercharged, can be reset without a scanner.
It's weird that it does it for the gas but not the diesel. Same problem as for the manual reset too. I guess if you've found a scanner that actually works on your one, then problem solved. But sounds like it gave you quite a run around...

All the goodies. Don't pressure wash off all the dirt and mud. when it dries, a leak with jump out at ya! no leaks here. MAP sensor build up. Launch crp909 good to go
