If you have a Pep Boy's in your area they have 25% off best price any wear. See link Herculiner 62.99. Great product compared to all other products out there that are do it yourself type products. I love the results.

Finally got out and drove it. Nice cold day. Headed to get gas. Added air to tires which were at 20psi.

Got rid of this POS
  1. Replaced with an original air box and paper filter.
  2. Replaced the old fuel filter. Lines were really good but the connections were finger tight. Maybe that’s why the fuel pump ran all the time.
The engine seems to be much happier.

that's an interesting filter on the valve cover, too.

Replaced that mini filter filter today with a breather hose connecting it back to the throttle body. Thanks.

Low hanging fruit...the PO disconnected the heater core (apparently it leaked all over the passenger side floor, it was fun to clean that ) and though I have bought a replacement, I have not yet tackled that painful process. Instead, since it is getting cool out, I opted to chase down the electrical issue with my heated seats. Found the problem, faulty switches. I now will have a toasty tooshy.

Did a fuel pump replacement. Pump was running but I had no pressure. After removing pump I found the tube had a split in it. I replaced just the pump a year ago but not the tube, lesson learned.
