@North the thermostat part is easy open the hood. If you have an aluminum housing sitting on or near the fan shroud in-line if you have hose or hoses with a plastic T stock.

Ah, I see thank you. I have the plastic one. I'll have to replace that for sure.

The inline thermostat mod, my thermostat was replaced before I purchases the vehicle. How do I determine if it's the inline one or (the standard) one?

Thanks. And I will look into the PCV mod., Anything I can do to get the most amount of time out of this.

I finally have no lights on the dash. unbelievable. knock on wood.

Was getting a P1415 I could not chase to save my life. Did the Hyundai valve, the chased lines and SAI valves, replaced the SAI pump. Which is much quieter now. The trick was the little valve next to the Hyundai valve. The rover one was ~$50, strangely, the BMW one was $20. BMW, Land Rover Vacuum Control Valve - PIERBURG - 7.02318.01.0 - NEW OEM
Credit to Rover Master, the guy who pinned my cylinders and did some other work. If you need anything done outside of your DIY scope, totally worth getting the truck to him. Super knowledgeable.

Replaced the ABS pump, got rid of my four Amigos. That is nice. Knock on wood again.

I have a set of 2" lift spaces that I am going to install next time we have warm day, looks like a pretty simple install.

@mln01 - My temps are usually in the low 190's but when I get on the highway at those speeds, I'm usually up around 215-217. What have you done to your rig to run it at such low temps? Do you still have the stock air scoop under the front bumper?

bought a genuine 180 thermostat from lucky 8. Replaced fan clutch and radiator. Cruising temp is 188.6 and at idle usually 194-203 havnt seen over 205 yet.

I've got an inline thermostat and rarely see above 200 even on the highway at 75-80 unless it's really warm out.

I did that too but I used a cheap amazon radiator core. Does the mfg of the radiator make a difference?
