Located Driver Side, just past 2cd factory skid plate.

Most of build up stuck to the other side.

The build up just dropped off.

I cleaned with a hand held steamer. Water/steam only.

Some notes:

My rig has 60K.
The screw that holds the clamp is rotated to the top.
I re installed rotated down in a easier position to re tighten.
TIP: During reassembly, position injector( it only go one way) squeeze clamp together, push the locking tab down, then reinstall the screw.

Feel free to shoot any questions my way.
Thanks for this write up. Is this a relatively easy job with the handheld steamer? Can you wipe away the build up with a rag or is the injector finicky? Appreciate you!

Do you happen to know where the DPF is? Is it fairly accessible?

I’m looking to give it a flush when the weather warms up and will need access to the sensor port.

Thx

I have not even thought about the DPF location. But I will take a look and get back to you on that one.

Is there any intel regarding the recall? What exactly is the problem and does the solution result in any impacts to performance, fuel economy, or reliability?
