Update on oil level sensor diagnosis. Plus oil leak.
My continental warranty will cover it. But I would have to pay the difference in parts and labor rate. Which is $1500. I said no thank you, let it ride.
So when I changed my tranny fluid, I noticed I had a small oil leak.
continental warranty will not cover the oil leak.
I will post details on oil leak later. But I gave the dealer a bone and let them fix the oil leak. $540 approx.
Note: continental warranty labor rate in$135 per hour. JLR labor rate is $250 per hour.
I'll be honest, my mechanic told me too every other oil change. I trust him fully. Try it, hopefully it will solve the problem. It's a pretty easy procedure. Just have the extra clamp, as a stand by.

I took it out on the highway Saturday. It did a Regen cycle. Cel came back on before I got home.

Here is a image of recorded temps.
The 914 temp should be near the 683 range.......... based on past times checking these temps.
When in regen B1S3 and B1S4 will be around 1200 degrees.
